The rate at which young people find so much pleasure/joy in having a partner, ie, having the status "in a relationship" is so worrisome.   In southeastern Nigeria, which comprises Enugu, Imo, Ebonyi, Abia, and Anambra, there is an agitation for a referendum. This is pioneered by a group known as the Indigenous people of Biafra.
