Is this the Nigeria we prayed for

What has become of our great nation, with good people?

 Who did this to our great nation?

 Are the gods angry with us?

 Who is to blame?

 Some years back, we were all praying and declaring that Nigeria our dear country will be better in the near future, we declared the coming years as the best and made plans of what to achieve in these years with our loved ones. Little did we know that this year’s we prayed and declared upon was going to take our loved ones away from us.

 Some of them were shot in our eyes, some of them were brought back home dead, and some, we didn’t even see their dead bodies.

  We heard of them dying through a stray bullet, being shot by people who were supposed to protect their lives and properties, who are we to blame? The system, or the people piloting the system? It is saddening that we can’t do anything to bring justice to their departed souls, this is the system we found ourselves in.

  We had plans with them, they promised us a lot and so we did…but what now? All our dreams with them were shattered in a country that should protect them, love them, defend them and secure them.

We have cried enough, we need to keep some strength for what is next to come. Each day, we keep our ears open waiting to hear where, when, how, who and why it happened.

This I know for sure, is not the Nigeria and future we prayed for.

  We shall keep praying, as this was their last wish for us (keep praying for a new Nigeria). All we owe our dear country is to keep praying.

The Christians say “It is well”

The muslims say “Alhamdulilliah”

        I AM A CONCERNED NIGERIAN.

  The federal government's vision to establish a well-coordinated and regulated drug distribution system across Nigeria is one of the most vital reforms in our healthcare sector.  Designed to eliminate the chaos of open drug markets and improve public health outcomes, the Coordinated Wholesale Center (CWC) project was meant to bring order, safety, and accountability into the pharmaceutical supply chain.
